HB 2170       RELATING TO BOARDS OF WATER SUPPLY.
           Provides power to boards of water supply in counties with a population
           of more than 500,000 to restructure and reorganize for more efficient
           service.  (LAB/FIN)

HB 2261       RELATING TO VOLUNTEER SERVICES.
           Establishes a state volunteer services office, an executive board, and
           the state volunteer services trust fund.  (LAB/FIN)

HB 1987       RELATING TO THE EMPLOYEES' RETIREMENT SYSTEM.
           Upon application to the ERS board, allows a class A member to withdraw
           for one time only, the member's contributions (or a portion thereof)
           for financial hardship.  (LAB/FIN)

HB 2452       RELATING TO THE EMPLOYEES' RETIREMENT SYSTEM.
           Specifies that only the member's base salary, including shortage
           differential pay, is to be used to compute the member's average final
           compensation and contributions to the ERS.  (LAB/FIN)

HB 2499       RELATING TO PUBLIC EMPLOYMENT.
           Specifies that in no event shall the pay of an employee whose normal
           annual working months is less than 12 be prorated over 12 months so as
           to affect the calculation of the employee's retirement benefit.

HB 2447       RELATING TO THE EMPLOYEES' RETIREMENT SYSTEM.
           Clarifies the methodology used to credit the state and counties with
           excess investment earnings of the ERS under Act 100, Session Laws of
           1999.  (LAB/FIN)

HB 2458       RELATING TO THE EMPLOYEES' RETIREMENT SYSTEM.
           Extends the payment period in the calculation of the state and county
           contributions required as a result of ERIP (Session Laws of 1994) from
           a total of 5 years to a total of 19 years.  (LAB/FIN)

HB 2448       RELATING TO THE EMPLOYEES' RETIREMENT SYSTEM.
           Clarifies provisions regarding the payment and collection of pension
           accumulation contributions due from the counties.  Allows transient
           accommodations tax revenues to be used to substitute for delinquent

HB 2446       RELATING TO THE EMPLOYEES' RETIREMENT SYSTEM.

 
           Sets forth revised application procedures for service-connected
           accidental death benefits.  (LAB/FIN)
